Express Interview SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Instage Inc. for Express Interview.

1. Program Description

Express Interview uses SMS for transactional account and product operations, including:

  • One-time passcode (OTP) verification
  • Interview readiness/status updates
  • Report links and related interview updates
  • Command responses (for example: READY, DETAILS, POST, RETRY, HELP)

This SMS program is transactional only. Instage does not send marketing/promotional SMS for this product at this time.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing and verifying your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your use of Express Interview.

Consent to receive transactional SMS is required for core product functionality. If you opt out, some or all Service features may stop working.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

  • Message frequency varies by your activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Supported Locations

The SMS program is intended for users in the United States and Canada.

5. STOP and HELP Commands

  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS.
  • You may also use standard opt-out keywords such as UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT.
  • Reply HELP for help and available commands.

After opt-out, you may no longer receive required transactional messages and may lose access to core Service functionality.

6. Delivery and Availability Disclaimer

SMS delivery depends on third-party carriers and systems outside Instage's control. We do not guarantee:

  • Message delivery
  • Delivery timing
  • Continuous availability of SMS

7. Privacy

Your use of SMS is subject to the Privacy Policy. We use your phone number and message data only for operating and securing the Service, legal compliance, and support.

8. Changes to SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Updates become effective when posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
