Express Interview Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern purchases of paid Express Interview plans and are incorporated into the Terms of Service.
1. Paid Plans
All prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Quick Interview Pack
- Price: $15 one-time payment
- Includes: 3 interviews
- Unlimited Monthly
- Price: $29 per month
- Billing cadence: every month until canceled
- Unlimited Quarterly
- Price: $79 per quarter (every 3 months)
- Billing cadence: every 3 months until canceled
No free trial is offered for any paid plan.
2. Billing and Auto-Renewal
For Unlimited Monthly and Unlimited Quarterly plans:
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
- You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the selected plan, taxes, and any applicable fees.
- Billing is processed by Stripe and may be subject to Stripe's terms.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal linked from the Service.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused time in a billing period, except where required by law.
4. Phone Number Binding and Transfers
Paid entitlements are bound to the verified phone number used at purchase.
- Quick Interview Pack purchases are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another number.
- Active subscribers (Unlimited Monthly or Unlimited Quarterly) may request a one-time number transfer if they can provide sufficient proof of number change and account identity.
- All transfer requests are reviewed case by case and may be denied.
You must use the support chatbot on `expressinterview.ai` to submit transfer requests.
5. Fair Use for Unlimited Plans
Unlimited plans are for normal personal interview practice. They are not for automation, shared/team use, resale, or abusive high-volume activity.
Unless we approve otherwise in writing, usage above 100 interviews in any rolling 30-day period is considered abusive use.
If we detect abusive use, we may:
- Queue or throttle interviews
- Temporarily suspend access
- Permanently terminate access
- Require additional verification
Enforcement actions do not create a right to refund.
6. Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date by contacting us through the support chatbot on `expressinterview.ai`. Refunds under this guarantee are issued at Instage's discretion to the original payment method. This guarantee applies once per customer.
General No-Refund Policy
Except for the satisfaction guarantee above and where required by law:
- All purchases are final.
- Quick Interview Pack payments are non-refundable.
- Subscription charges are non-refundable.
- No refunds for partial periods, inactivity, failed interview outcomes, call quality, network issues, or latency.
7. Failed Calls and Service Conditions
Call handling behavior (including whether an interview is consumed, retried, or queued) is determined by Service logic and may change over time.
Telephony and network performance are outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, successful connection, or call quality.
8. Price and Plan Changes
We may change plan prices, structures, or included features in the future. If required by law, we will provide notice before changes apply to renewals.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate your access while the dispute is pending and investigate potential abuse.
